During a conversation the other day, someone mentioned this and I didn't bother to look into it for some reason until now. In any event, as a fellow Jamaican ("Jamerican," so to speak), the news of Usain Bolt breaking a new record is like music to my ears. He's definitely putting Jamaica on the map and gaining greatly anticipated respect in the world of sports entertainment.
--- Courtesy of Yahoo! Sports ---According to Yahoo! Sports today, "Jamaican Usain Bolt won the 200 metres gold at the world athletics championships in a world record time of 19.19 seconds on Thursday. He had already picked up the 100 metres title in Berlin by setting a world record."
